UNLIMITED WASH MEMBERSHIP

1How do I sign up for unlimited washes?
Visit Whisper Express Car Wash or purchase online. Select the wash you want and pay with a credit or debit card.
2How do I pay for my Whisper Express Car Wash Unlimited Membership?
The credit or debit card used when you join the Unlimited Membership will be charged monthly on your anniversary date. If you purchase an Unlimited Membership online, you will need to present your credit or debit card at your first wash.
3How often can I wash my vehicle?
As often as you’d like each month!
4Where can I use my Unlimited Membership?
You can use your Unlimited Membership at our Whisper Express Car Wash location.
5I want to buy an Unlimited Membership online. How will I finish signup?
When you purchase an Unlimited Membership online, you’ll receive a receipt and barcode by email. Just present the barcode (print it out or keep it on your phone) along with your credit or debit card at Whisper Express, and a team member will make sure you’re all set up with your new Membership.
*Please note that the credit or debit card presented at Whisper Express will be the card used for monthly recharges.
6How do I cancel my Unlimited Membership?
You can discontinue your plan online or visit us at Whisper Express and speak with a team member. There is no contract or obligation and you can cancel at any time (please allow 7 days to process). No refunds will be given when discontinuing.
7Can my Unlimited Membership be used for more than one vehicle?
An Unlimited Membership is for one vehicle and is not transferable. If you get a new vehicle, please visit us at Whisper Express to get your Membership updated.
8What if I get a new credit card?
You can talk with a team member at Whisper Express or update your card information online now.

UNLIMITED WASH MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT

1How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?
In order to allow processing time, any updates should be completed 7 business days prior to the anniversary date on which your card will be recharged. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the next billing date and you may continue to wash during this time.
2Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan will remain active until the next billing date.
3Will I receive an email confirmation after I update my credit card or cancel my plan?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you complete your request.
4What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
We would be happy for you to return as an Unlimited member. Simply visit us at Whisper Express Car Wash or re-enroll online now.
